Who we are

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form we receive your name, email address and message, and any phone number or company name you choose to add. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to take steps towards an engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend, which processes the message on our behalf. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them. If you do not become a client, we delete them within 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to us at our registered office. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
